Downhill Mountain Biking

The mountain bike trails accessed by the Télépherique in La Grave are not for the faint of heart. Steep, rocky, exposed, unforgiving, and unforgettable, you have never seen lift accessed trails like this before. In the spirit of La Grave, the downhill trails are not in a bike park style, but more rugged and natural. While trail work does occur, the design of the trails was to leave as much of the raw feel as possible.

There are five trails that descend from the mid station at 2400m to town at 1450m, and one mega trail, the “King Stone Road” that descends from 3200m to town, a 1750m5740ft descent!
